My name is Amanda Rockley and I have been in love with horses since I was 5 years old when I had my first riding lesson. I have owned and loaned several horses throughout the course of my life and was the proud owner of a beautiful thoroughbred called Jim who passed over rainbow bridge in April 2020 after being blessed with him for 14 years. I bought Dizzy my current horse who is a Shire in May 2022. I trained to be an equine sports massage therapist with Wolds Equine, who are an accredited course provider, where I graduated at distinction level. I also have an Equine Psychology Diploma also at distinction level.
I am fully insured, certified by UK Rural Skills and also a member of the IAAMB who have strict guidelines in completing a number of CPD (Continual Professional Development) hours per year to ensure that I am always up to date with current practices and constantly improving my knowledge and skills.
I am also proud to be a member of Progressive Equine Partnerships who are leading the way in trying to encourage ethical practices that have the welfare of the equine at the forefront of what they do.
